Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist in Peoria, AZ, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process through our portal. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

After Hour Emergencies

Please call (602) 667-4586 after hours and on weekends and our doctors will be paged.

Insurance

We participate with most major medical insurance plans within our community. Please feel free to call our office to verify your coverage.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of service. We conveniently accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our staff will be happy to file insurance claims for you. For any questions regarding your statements, you may call our Billing Office at (602) 547-2111 .
